Who we are? We are the WOW15 Project, and we are a team of health and wellness professionals creating your personal solution for a balanced, holistic approach to wellness.
We understand these challenging times can lead many of us to feel uncertain, stressed, and anxious. As health and wellness professionals, we want to share quick and easy tools to feel more balanced, energized, healthy, and HAPPY!
Throughout our one-week program, we will provide you with daily suggestions in the form of breathing exercises, short meditations, exercise/yoga sequences, tips/recipes to boost your immune system, and more. New to yoga or meditation? No problem - no previous experience is necessary! All you need is an Internet connection, yoga mat or blanket, and 15 minutes a day! Our goal is to provide you with tools to create a safe space and enable you to take care of yourself and others. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! We are here for you!!
How it Works
Upon enrolment you'll receive access to a new section each day of the 7 Day Guide.
Each section includes tips, meditations, or recipes that will provide a powerful wellness boost!
Missed a day? Not to worry! You'll have access to the course for up to 10 days so you'll have plenty of time to revisit sections any sections you'd like to.
